Welcome to the Global Gateway Forum Media Corner. We are happy to support media representatives who would like to report on the 2025 edition of the event.

Media area 

A media room is available for journalists and technical staff of televisions. It is located in the Magritte Lounge of the Square. Please find the plan here.

A limited number of interview rooms are at your disposal. Please be advised that these rooms must be reserved in advance and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis by sending an email to ggf2025mediaatactionprgroup [dot] com (ggf2025media[at]actionprgroup[dot]com) 

Audio-visual equipment is not provided. All press representatives are required to inform organisers in advance if they are planning to bring AV equipment onsite. This information will be requested during the registration process. Please note that there will be a very limited space available inside the halls for media to set up their equipment. Slots will be allocated in advance. Alternatively, the organisers will provide direct audio (floor) and video feeds.

Free Wi-Fi is available. Details will be available on the day.

Media representatives will also be able to conduct interviews for use on social media against a branded backdrop. 

Main press events 

Press will be able to attend the Opening ceremony, panel discussions and the closing Ceremony. A dedicated session with signing ceremonies on Global Gateway investments will take place at the end of the morning on the 9th October 2025. A press conference with Commissioner for International partnerships Jozef Síkela will take place on 9 October at 16:00.

For those who cannot join in person, a live-stream will be accessible on this website. 

Journalists who do not hold EU-accredited badges can follow an accreditation process to obtain a daily pass. Please note that the request must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of your visit.
